Askedinia Foreign Workers Ltd. is a private agency authorized by the Ministry of the Interior to engage in bringing, assigning and placing foreign workers in the field of nursing and caregiving. We specialize in assigning caregivers for the elderly, the disabled and the mentally frail, who reside in their homes, assisted living facilities or hospitals. The services are provided 24 hours a day nationwide and include caregiver’s accommodation.
The service provided to our patients is very personal and caring. We ensure that the senior staff members and social workers become personally acquainted with patients and their personal needs, and keep in touch with them and family members on a regular basis to review the quality of treatment provided by our caregivers.
Assigning a suitable caregiver in accordance with patient’s needs, while taking into account the language, communication and mental skills required, allows to prevent distress for patients and their families. We operate a huge database of foreign caregivers and nurses, who have resided in Israel for several years, speak various languages and are trained in a variety of fields. In addition, there is an option of bringing caregivers from many countries worldwide, while a wide range of options allows to select an ideal caregiver.

The company's staff members have been active for many years in the community, while supporting, advising and assisting the elderly and their families. Nursing services are provided both privately and under the National Insurance Law.

Askedinia Foreign Workers Ltd. will personally support the patients and their families, starting with a meeting between the patient and the caregiver, accompanied by an experienced and professional social worker, who will support you throughout the process of making medical insurance and social security arrangements, assist in submitting applications to obtain permits to employ foreign workers in the field of nursing and extending the term of such permits, as well as provide help throughout the entire bureaucratic process.
